Without even looking at the back of pack ingredients you could taste it has beenmade with good quality ingredients with the aim to give the best sausage roll experience. Using the very best British pork belly, shoulder andmixedwith slow cooked, pulled pork and bound with a little pork stock. It really was delicious. Aworthy winner.” HIGHLY COMMENDED Brockleby's Pies, RuffaloBuffalo Pie “Not your usual pie filling sowe were very intrigued to find out how it tasted. The pastry on a pie is always a good sign as to howwell the pie has beenmade; the shortcrust was the best in the competition. It looked appetising. Lovely spicing of theminced bison, with a real warmth coming from the smoked paprika and chipotle chilli. An interesting pie; verymoreish and tasty.” HIGHLY COMMENDED The Zingiberi Bakery, TheCaptain'sCrackers: Chia &Chive “A beautifully baked cracker, delicately scentedwith chive and chia seeds. You can tell these have been hand- baked and packaged nicely to reflect the artisanal family bakery.
