Great British Food Awards 2021

THE COFFEE COLLABORATIVE A veteran coffeemaker, a chef and author and humblemusician all walked into a café. The creative spark that comes fromcraft coffee, ignited in theman unstoppable vision to forma collaborative, making artisan coffee available to everyone. The collaborative has wonmultiple awards from the Guild of Fine Foods and The Great British Food Awards. The coffee is Rainforest Alliance accredited, meaning it was produced usingmethods that are environmentally, socially, and economically sustainable. It also actively supports Nordoff Robbins (who usemusic therapy to transform lives) and TheMore Trees initiative (planting trees to help combat climate change). THE FARMER’S SON The Farmer’s Son is a family-owned, award- winning producer of Black Pudding, White Pudding, Haggis and Lorne Sausage, based in Fife, Scotland. Its products are handmade in small batches using a 100-year-old family recipe. All the ingredients used are natural and sourced locally: Scottish homegrown pork; 100%PGI Scotch beef; oatmeal grown on local farms; and flour froma local mill. Its vision is that farming and food production should be sustainable and environmentally friendly, all whilemaking high-quality products that people love. 30
