Heritage Meats is based at Yew Tree Farm Coniston, in the stunning Lake District. Yew Tree Farm is a working hill farm in the Yewdale Valley near Coniston village. Our Herdwick sheep and Belted Galloway cattle roam freely over Lake District pastures and fells. We specialise in Herdwick hogget, Herdwick mutton and Belted Galloway beef. Our animals live a longer life roaming the herb rich habitat, slowly gaining extraordinary flavour whilst maintaining the biodiversity of this ancient landscape.
