During the first stage of judging, we carefully taste-tested every single product, evaluating each one on its flavour, quality and craftmanship. Provenance and packaging also played a key role in our scoring process, as we sought to celebrate the products that stand out in every aspect. From this, we curated a shortlist of the very best in each category. ROUND TWO Next, we asked our panel of esteemed expert and celebrity judges to try these shortlisted products and choose which ones deserved a Gold, Silver or Bronze accolade – with up to three Gold awards per category up for grabs!
