During the first stage of judging, we carefully taste-tested every single product, evaluating each entry on its flavour, quality and craftsmanship. Provenance and packaging also played a role in our scoring process, as we sought to celebrate products that stand out in every aspect. From this, we curated a shortlist of the very best in each category.
