Founder Chun’s aim is to use his cultural curiosity to bring the whole world to people in the form of ice cream. Their recipes, carefully refined over time include some cherished originals passed down from their founder’s Canadian grandmother. They take pride in growing their produce without chemical sprays or artificial fertilisers, and when additional ingredients are needed, they source them from local farm shops (though they make exceptions for fruits like oranges and mangos, which aren’t suited to Worcestershire’s climate!).
